Our Commitment to you
We are committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible care at all times. All our dentists and hygienists regularly attend training courses and all our nurses are either qualified or working towards qualification. To support this learning, Mr O’Donovan provides in house teaching of our dental team.
Our practice manager has a diploma in dental practice management and a BTEC Level 3 in principles of management.
Your Commitment to us
We have talked a lot about what the practice can do for you but we do expect some commitment from you as an NHS patient.
From 1st April 2006 your dentist will no longer charge for missed appointments
If you fail to attend two appointments (or cancel at short notice) in one year, your dentist will not be able to complete your treatment, or offer you any further appointments at the practice.
We also ask that you
- Pay your bill at each visit
- Follow your dentist’s advice
- Give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment
