Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you are unable to keep your appointment it is important that you let us know in advance, so that we can reassign your appointment to another patient.
Please allow at least 24 hours for this.
If you are an NHS patient and miss more than two appointments or cancel at short notice we will no longer be able to offer you dental care.
If you are an Independant patient and miss appointments or cancel at short notice a fee may apply before being able to rebook.
We strongly encourage all our patients to attend regularly in order to achieve and maintain good oral health. Please note that if you do not visit Dewsbury Dental Centre for 2 years or more, your place will be allocated to somebody else.
